BeatName provides free tools to generate rapper names, song titles, and artist aliases. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Use of Generated Content
Names and titles generated by our tools are algorithmically created and provided for inspiration purposes. You are responsible for:
- Verifying that generated names do not infringe existing trademarks
- Checking username availability on platforms before committing
- Conducting appropriate legal review before commercial use
We make no claims about the uniqueness or legal availability of generated names. Generated content is not copyrightable and may be used freely.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service at excessive rates
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
The BeatName website design, brand, and underlying algorithms are owned by us. Generated names are not owned by BeatName — they are created for your use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGENAME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
